Product Description
The PowerMax Stretch-out Strap lets athletes perform PNF-style stretching on their own, no partner required, to build flexibility and range of motion safely. Eight sewn 8" handles along the strap give athletes leverage points for a wide variety of stretches, making it a versatile addition to warm-ups, cool-downs, and rehab routines for the whole team.
Key features & specs:
- Enables PNF stretching without a partner
- Eight 8" handles for varied stretch positions
- Dimensions: 62" length x 4" width x .5" thickness
- Useful for warm-up, cool-down, and rehab
- Durable, team-friendly construction
Coach's tip: Cue athletes to ease into each stretch and hold without bouncing, using the handles for controlled leverage rather than forcing range. Keep a few in the training kit for cool-downs, and store them clean and dry so the material and stitching last. Because each athlete can use it solo, it keeps a whole group stretching productively at once with no partners required.
