Product Description
The PowerMax Grip Ball is a versatile weighted training tool built for power development, throwing work, and rehabilitation. The built-in rubber handle sets it apart from a standard medicine ball — athletes can grip and throw it single-arm or double-arm, sidearm, underhand, overhand, or heave it for full-body power. That handle opens up swinging and rotational movements a traditional ball can't do, making it a favorite for throwers, rotational-power athletes, and athletic trainers guiding controlled rehab progressions.
Key features & specs:
- Built-in rubber handle for grip, swing, and throw variety
- Throw single-arm, double-arm, sidearm, underhand, or overhand
- Great for power throws and controlled rehabilitation work
- Durable rubber shell with weighted filler
- 8" ball diameter; handle measures 1" x 1¼"
- Won't harm rubber gym floors or weight-room surfaces
Coach's tip: Use the handle for rotational throws against a wall to build the hip-and-core power that transfers to throwing and striking sports. Care: Wipe the rubber shell clean after use and store indoors away from temperature extremes to keep the shell and filler in good shape.
