Product Description
The Gill Discus Sector Net is an effective barrier for stopping a discus from skipping outside the throwing sector, protecting bystanders and neighboring event areas during practice and competition. At 2 feet tall and 60 feet long, it lines the edge of the sector to catch low, skipping throws, and it comes with everything needed to set up, take down, and store the system neatly between sessions.
Key features & specs:
- Stops a discus from skipping outside the sector
- 2' tall by 60' long coverage
- 320 lb break-strength discus netting
- Supported by 3/4" diameter steel net poles and ground stakes
- Polyethylene net spools included for convenient storage and handling
Coach's tip: Stake the poles firmly and keep the net taut along the sector line so skipping throws are caught cleanly. Wind the net onto the included spools for storage to prevent tangling, and store it dry to extend the life of the netting and poles.
