Blazer Duo Overspeed Harness

Overspeed training is a fantastic technique to increase speed. The Blazer Duo Overspeed Harness uses a 20' safety-sleeve elastic that stretches to three times its length (to 60') — with the waist-belt end hooked to another runner or an anchored object, it pulls you faster than your top running speed, and doubles for drills like leap-frog jumping. Adjustable harness fits Small–XXL.

Safety Sleeve Elastic (patent pending) protects your athlete and yourself. Limits maximum safe stretch distance. If the elastic breaks, it coils inside the sleeve to prevent injury, and the sleeve itself protects the elastic from road/track wear and UV exposure.
