Product Description
The Gill Add-On Weight is an economical way to fine-tune the load of your hammer or indoor throwing weights without buying a full set of additional implements. Its stackable half-pound plates let coaches dial in exactly the resistance an athlete needs for progressive training — a budget-smart tool for developing throwers across the season.
Key features & specs:
- Use: Adds variable weight to hammer or indoor throwing weights
- Contents: Comprised of five 0.5 lb weights
- Range: Provides a 0.5 lb – 2.5 lb adjustment range
- Value: Economical alternative to buying additional full implements
- Model: GP-3603
Coach's tip: Use the add-on plates to bridge weight classes during training so athletes progress gradually rather than jumping straight to a heavier implement. Confirm the total weight meets your competition spec before any sanctioned throw, and store the plates together in a labeled bin so the set stays complete.
