Coach's tip: By rule, a vaulter must use a pole rated at or above their body weight — match the test weight to the athlete and their grip height, and size poles with your coach. Note: Due to their length, poles ship via freight. Care: Inspect the full length of the pole for cracks, dents, or delamination before every session, retire any damaged pole immediately, and store poles flat and fully supported in a cool, dry place.
