Event Tents & Canopies

Protect your team tent investment with the Gill Roller Bag for 10' Tents. This oversized wheeled storage bag makes it easy for one person to move a folded canopy from the storage room to the truck to the track, and it shields the frame and canopy from scuffs and moisture between meets. For programs that haul a tent to every home and away event, a dedicated roller bag is the difference between a canopy that lasts one season and one that lasts many.

Key features & specs

• Material: Rugged 600-denier polyester built to take repeated loading and transport
• Protective finish: Scuff-resistant, waterproof coating guards the tent during storage and travel
• Oversized fit: Sized to hold a folded 10' Gill tent frame and canopy together
• Wheeled design: Roll it instead of carrying it — easier one-person handling across parking lots and infields
• Use: Keeps your canopy clean, dry, and organized between events

Coach's tip: Always let the canopy dry fully before packing it away to prevent mildew. Wipe the bag down with a damp cloth as needed and store it somewhere dry and out of direct sun.

Give your team a durable home base at every outdoor event with the Gill Impact Tent (10' x 10', Black Canopy). Built on a commercial-grade steel frame with a tough, waterproof canopy, it sets up as a reliable shade and shelter station for athletes, coaches, and gear on meet day.

Key features & specs:

• 10' x 10' footprint
• Canopy available in White or Black
• 600-denier polyester canopy with a scuff-resistant, waterproof finish
• Commercial-grade steel frame with a hammer-tone finish

Important: This canopy is a temporary shelter and should not be left unattended. Take it down immediately in inclement weather — rain, pooling water, or winds over 10–15 MPH can damage the structure. Never leave it up overnight or unattended in poor conditions; weather damage is not covered.

Coach's tip: Assign a crew to strike the tent the moment conditions turn, and always clear standing water from the canopy top. Dry the canopy fully before packing it away to prevent mildew and protect the finish for next season.

The Gill Impact Tent Weight Bags are the essential anchoring accessory for any Gill Impact Tent used on hard surfaces where ground stakes can't be driven in. Four bags — one per leg — add significant ballast to the tent frame, keeping the canopy stable and safely in position during meets, sideline setups, and outdoor events.

• Set of 4 — One Per Tent Leg — Complete set of four weight bags covers all four corners of the Gill Impact Tent frame, providing balanced, symmetrical ballast across the full structure for stable, even anchoring on any hard or soft surface
• Holds Up to 25 lbs Per Bag — Each bag accepts up to 25 lbs of sand, gravel, rocks, or any locally available fill material — sand not included — allowing meet crews to fill on-site with available materials rather than transporting pre-weighted bags to every event location
• Hook-and-Loop Leg Strap Attachment — Each bag features a durable hook-and-loop strap that wraps securely around the Gill Impact Tent leg without tools, keeping the bag firmly positioned throughout the event and releasing quickly when the tent needs to be broken down and packed
• Hard Surface and High-Wind Solution — Designed specifically for outdoor setups on asphalt, concrete, track surfaces, and any hard surface where ground stakes cannot penetrate — provides the holding power needed to keep the canopy stable in conditions up to the tent's recommended wind threshold
• Durable Weather-Resistant Construction — Built from durable material that withstands outdoor exposure, fill material abrasion, and repeated seasonal use without tearing, seam failure, or strap degradation through years of meet-day and event use
• Recommended Companion to Stake Kit — Gill recommends using weight bags alongside the included stake kit for maximum stability in variable outdoor conditions — weight bags handle hard surfaces while stakes secure the tent on grass and dirt surfaces at outdoor track and field facilities
