The Champro Python Rib Protector is a football rib and back protection attachment compatible with all Champro Python and Falcon series shoulder pads. The protector features a high-impact plastic outer shell over foam padding, providing a layered barrier against lateral and direct rib impacts during blocking, tackling, and contact drills. A wraparound design extends coverage to the lower back as well as the ribs, adding protection beyond the shoulder pad's standard coverage area. Three height mounting positions allow the protector to be positioned higher or lower on the torso, giving players a customized coverage position suited to their body type and playing position. An adjustable hook-and-loop front closure secures the protector around the torso and allows the fit to be tightened or loosened without tools between plays or during equipment adjustments.
