Coach's tip: Carry a clear or low-light lens for dawn laps and shaded, wooded trails where a dark mirror lens gives up too much detail. Care: Never wipe the inner anti-fog lens when wet—let it air-dry, then clean gently with a microfiber cloth, and store in a protective pouch.
