Product Description
The PowerMax Swing Ball adds a dynamic, rope-handled dimension to your strength and conditioning program. Built for swinging, slamming, and rotational drills, it lets athletes generate and control momentum through the hips and core — training the explosive rotational power that fuels throwing, swinging, and change-of-direction movements across sports. The attached nylon rope and handle give athletes a secure grip for controlled arcs, overhead swings, and ground slams alike.
Key features & specs
- Designed for swinging, slamming, and rotation drills
- Rope: 1/3" nylon with a 30" handle measured from stopper to rope end
- Diameters: 2K = 7.5"; 3K, 4K, and 5K = 9.5"
- Color-coded for fast, easy weight identification
- Versatile tool for power, core, and rotational conditioning
Coach's tip: Use the swing ball for rotational slam variations to build the hip-to-shoulder sequencing that transfers directly to throwing and hitting sports. Always clear a wide, unobstructed area before swinging. Care: Inspect the rope and handle attachment before each session, wipe down after use, and store hanging or coiled to protect the rope.
