Product Description
The PowerMax Power Pad is a large, energy-absorbing foam platform that adds intensity to upright training while protecting joints. Performing squats, jumps, and balance work on the unstable, low-impact surface forces muscles to work harder to stabilize, magnifying the training effect of any standing exercise, all while cushioning landings and reducing impact stress.
Key features & specs:
- Low-impact, energy-absorbing foam construction
- Magnifies the intensity of upright exercises
- Unstable surface recruits more stabilizing muscles
- Cushions landings to reduce joint stress
- Dimensions: 48"L x 48"W x 24"H
Coach's tip: Introduce the pad with bodyweight movements so athletes adapt to the unstable surface before adding load or jumps. Keep it on a flat, non-slip area during use, and store it indoors away from direct sun to protect the foam over time. Because it doubles as a soft landing surface, it also supports plyometric and reactive jump work with less joint stress. Introduce landings gradually and keep sessions short so athletes adapt to the surface safely over the first few weeks.
