Product Description
The PowerMax Foam Roller is a firm, full-length recovery and training tool for self-myofascial release, pressure massage, and advanced balance work. Rolling out tight muscles before and after training helps athletes stay loose and recover faster, while the round, high-density design also serves as an unstable surface for core and balance exercises. At 3 feet long, it's big enough for full-body use by athletes of any size.
Key features & specs:
- High-density foam construction that holds its shape
- For self-myofascial release and pressure massage
- Doubles as a tool for advanced balance exercises
- Full-length 36" size for full-body use
- 6" diameter round profile
Coach's tip: Have athletes roll slowly and pause on tight spots rather than racing through, using body weight to control the pressure. Keep a couple in the training room for pre- and post-workout use, and wipe the roller down and store it dry to keep the foam clean and firm.
