The ¾ HP (#712) and 1 HP (#713) equipment winch motors have been manufactured to Porter’s well established requirements for quality and safety with improved operating speed.
These newly designed motors continue the Porter reputation for durable, high-quality backstop winches in facilities all over the globe.
The 712/713 motors come with many improvements and features including a 4” OD extended machined aluminum cable drum allowing 41 ft. of cable capacity on a single layer, an external belt tensioner for easier adjustments and maintenance, a cable tensioner to keep cable in place during slack conditions, and a 5-year limited warranty.
The 712/713 basketball backstop winches will operate with Porter’s 3-position key switch, Powr-Touch® systems, or SportSonic® II wireless control system.
